The Infamous Instagram app on your mobile has been bought by multi-millionaire Facebook owner for $1 billion. This photo application allows you to take pictures on your phone and edit them through the app with filters that can make a bad photo look good or "artful." The app was originally going for $500 million dollars. Twitter reported to have wanted to purchase the before the $1billion payout. With so many smartphone users downloading the app, Instagram has made its way to the top of Most downloaded apps accordingly to RedOrbit (2012).
